I grew up a gymnast & snow skiier. I believe love of sport drew me to teaching & fitness as an adult. A 20+ year yoga veteran with over 9,500 teaching hours & I love every minute of it. I am passionate about the value of strength training & believe it is a gateway for an exciting, productive, and well lived life. I thrive on working with beginners as I am filled with joy watching their strength & confidence grow. Besides working with my private clientele, I currently teach at Nike Headquarters & with the Goomi Group. My virtual classes can be found on the Exos App. I spearheaded the highly successful Women on Weights program at Intel Ronler Acres in 2023. This program went nationwide for Intel supporting Women’s Health Month in March of 2024. Join me for online classes or let’s meet up and train in-person.
