Free 30-minute VIrtual Consultation:

Schedule a consultation session to help understand the best way to develop a personalized training plan. The discussion may include:

  • Confidence & skill building

Schedule

  • How often you would like to meet and time you prefer? Training sessions are typically 60 min and 1 or 2 times a week.

Training Location:

  • Attain's primary training location is Peak Personal Training in Lake Oswego (see About/Contact section), but alternative locations, such as your home gym, can be discussed. 
  • Virtual training is also available via Zoom.
