Once a week you’ll meet virtually with Kristin, one-on-one, to learn the Yang Style 8-form. Each week you’ll learn parts of 8-form, slowly combining each form until you are able to perform the complete 8 form routine.

Kristin began teaching Tai Chi in 2012. She finds that combining Yang and Chen Style Tai Chi with MFBB (Movement for Better Balance) programming, is a perfect recipe for quality curriculum. Kristin’s teaching experience includes curating & presenting Intel Corporation’s virtual worldwide Tai Chi program. As both a yoga instructor and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, she has thoughtfully developed a unique Tai Chi teaching style designed to bring mindful movement into people’s lives with the intention of building strength, optimizing posture, improving balance, and refining functional daily movements.
