If you're new to Tai Chi, it is highly recommended that you sign up for the 8-week workshop and learn the movements of the Yang 8-form. This program focuses on teaching the movements in detail so that you will be well prepared to attend the weekly classes.
If you’re familiar with Tai Chi, sign up for weekly classes where we practice movements from the Yang and Chen schools of Tai Chi with a focus on breath, balance, strength, and technique.
This Tai Chi Workshop introduces new students to the Yang Style 8-form. Each week you’ll learn parts of 8-form slowly combining these parts until you are able to perform the complete 8 form routine. Each weekly workshop class is recorded and shared with students for personal practice between classes.

Tai Chi Classes are designed for all ages and abilities. Ideal for those looking to introduce non impact movement into their lives, develop a consistent focused breathing practice, and build strength & stamina.
Tai Chi Movements are practiced separately and combined in longer forms (routines). Martial arts applications are introduced & personal form corrections are offered when welcomed by students!

Kristin’s experience includes curating & presenting Intel Corporation’s virtual worldwide Tai Chi program. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, she has thoughtfully developed a unique Tai Chi practice designed to bring mindful movement into people’s lives with the intention of optimizing posture and functional daily movement.
